Minister of Law Regulation No. 49 of 2025 on the Requirements and Procedures for the Establishment, Amendment, and Dissolution of Limited Liability Companies ("MOL Regulation 49/2025"), effective from 17 December 2025, reinforces the annual-reporting obligations of Indonesian companies. For a capital-partnership company (Perseroan persekutuan modal), an AGM approval of the annual report must now be notified to the Minister through the Legal Entity Administration System (Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum or "SABH") under a separate process and deadline.Peraturan Menteri Hukum No. 49 Tahun 2025 tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Pendirian, Perubahan, dan Pembubaran Badan Hukum Perseroan Terbatas ("Permenkum 49/2025"), yang berlaku sejak 17 Desember 2025, mempertegas kewajiban pelaporan tahunan Perseroan.
